For his first tweet on Monday he called a State Senate’s vote on a bill that would modified election procedures during a pandemic an “illegal coup.”
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal the Nevada state Senate “approved a controversial bill to provide for a mostly mail-in election in November over the objections of Republicans who decried the risks of fraud and delayed counting of ballots.”
Early Sunday morning the President of the U.S., not the governor of the State of Nevada, urged “litigation,” over the newly passed Assembly Bill 4.
The Review-Journal explains that the AB4, “is an omnibus measure modifying election procedures during periods of declared emergency in Nevada, such as currently exists from COVID-19. Broadly, it makes it easier for people to vote without physically going to a polling place; creates more flexible procedures for accepting mail-in ballots, including the collection, or “harvesting,” of ballots for drop-off; and makes changes to help elections officials tabulate the vote. It also allocates $3 million in federal pandemic aid to pay for mail-in ballots for this year’s general election.”
Nevada ordered mail-in voting for their primaries and according to Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske, who opposed AB4, said there were no complaints of voter fraud during Las Vegas primaries.

Open the Schools!
On Sunday TIME reported that the private school attended by President Hypocrite’s son Barron Trump located in Maryland is under county orders to stay closed.
Montgomery County Health Officer Dr. Travis Gayles said on Friday, “Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have based our decisions on science and data. At this point the data does not suggest that in-person instruction is safe for students or teachers.”
St. Andrews the private school attended by the youngest Trump son, is preparing for two different options: distance learning or a hybrid model with students learning both on an off campus.
The school is expected to make it’s final decision by August 10th.
On August 1st, 2020 the New York Times reported that just hours into the first day of school at Greenfield Central Junior High School located in Indiana, the school was notified by the county health that a student attending the school had tested positive for the coronavirus.
The school followed emergency protocol’s “isolating the student and ordering everyone who had come into close contact with the person, including other students, to quarantine for 14 days.”
Also on August 1st, a school district in Mississippi reported via Instagram that they had an individual test positive for the coronavirus. The district told parents that if they’d been notified that their students had contact with this person for more than 15 minutes within 6 feet of the person they’d have to isolate their kids at home for 14 days.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said she has no confidence in Dr. Deborah Brix.
Pelosi was criticized for her lack of confidence in Brix by White House aides.
On Sunday Dr. Brix appeared on CNN’s State of the Union and said that this surge in coronavirus is more widespread than it was in March or April.
In the above clip she explains that if you live in rural areas you are not immune from the virus, social distance, wear masks, and wash your hands.
On schools reopening she said if your community has a higher caseload of coronavirus cases the students and teachers should continue distance learning.
As a person that has watched almost all of the coronavirus rally’s that started in February continued through April, only to be stopped when the President out loud wondered about injecting disinfectant into coronavirus patients I think I can offer my POV on Dr. Brix.
Here first appearance, or her first noticeable presence during a “briefing” had me nicknaming her Vanna White. I did this, because as the President rambled his lying ass off, she stood behind him nodding her head in a distracting way.
Her reputation as being an enabler of President Unfit, was well earned throughout her presence at these briefing’s and on several TV appearances.
