1. Shares a Breitbart article.
2. Shares another Breitbart article.

The piece is an opinion piece written by Judicial Watch founder Tom Fitton published on Thursday. I read it, so you don’t have too. And instead of highlighting his lunacy, I’ll just say it’s lunacy and highlight this one sentence, “There will be court battles (which will almost certainly involve your Judicial Watch) but the presidency may ultimately come down to a fight in Congress over the counting of Electoral College electors from the states that are engaged in the slow-motion counting of votes.”

Has he not paid any attention to the court challenges already launched by Delusional Team Trump? Court challenges mind you, that do not support fraud claims, they are going after several smaller voters ballots, for inconsistencies.

Also, his bitch as it has been for years, suing states to clean their voter rolls of inactive voters, is that these rolls aren’t in fact cleaned-up. Now, in fairness I do agree, that voter rolls should be cleaned-up, however, where I disagree with Fitton, is this, it’s the voters job to remove themselves or their deceased relatives off the rolls. That’s our responsibility.

When we move states, hell, even areas in our own town, it’s up to us, to change our voter registration. When grandma passes away, it’s the families job to take her birth, death, and even her drivers lic., to the election office in order for the state to know for a fact, that person who might be named Jane Smith, no middle name, has passed-on, leaving the other hundreds if not thousands of other Jane Smith’s able to vote legally in any election.

After we do that, it is up to the states to make sure, the voter rolls reflect it.

His address starts at the 15 minute and 48 second mark. I’m not listening to it.

Kimberly Robinson of Bloomberg Law, listened so we don’t have too.

She has more statements provided in the above thread.

3. Says it’s true that the “Trump Administration” did a wonderful job in securing the 2020 election, except for allowing all the fraud done by the Democrats.

On Thursday the members of Election Infrastructure Government Coordinating Council (GCC) Executive Committee – Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Assistant Director Bob Kolasky, U.S. Election Assistance Commission Chair Benjamin Hovland, National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) President Maggie Toulouse Oliver, National Association of State Election Directors (NASED) President Lori Augino, and Escambia County (Florida) Supervisor of Elections David Stafford – and the members of the Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council (SCC) – Chair Brian Hancock (Unisyn Voting Solutions), Vice Chair Sam Derheimer (Hart InterCivic), Chris Wlaschin (Election Systems & Software), Ericka Haas (Electronic Registration Information Center), and Maria Bianchi (Democracy Works) released a joint statement regarding the 2020 Presidential Election.

The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history. Right now, across the country, election officials are reviewing and double checking the entire election process prior to finalizing the result.

When states have close elections, many will recount ballots. All of the states with close results in the 2020 presidential race have paper records of each vote, allowing the ability to go back and count each ballot if necessary. This is an added benefit for security and resilience. This process allows for the identification and correction of any mistakes or errors. There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.

Other security measures like pre-election testing, state certification of voting equipment, and the U.S. Election Assistance Commission’s (EAC) certification of voting equipment help to build additional confidence in the voting systems used in 2020.

While we know there are many unfounded claims and opportunities for misinformation about the process of our elections, we can assure you we have the utmost confidence in the security and integrity of our elections, and you should too. When you have questions, turn to elections officials as trusted voices as they administer elections.

CISA.gov. 11/12/2020.

This sentence in the statement is bold: There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.

The Impeached Lame-Duck One-Termer President of the United States for 67 days tweeted 3 times late Thursday night.

He told us Hannity of Fox News was “must see” TV., which earned him a Twitter label which surprised nobody. He then posted a clip of Hannity’s show. He ended his Thursday night with posting both the first and second tweet promoting Hannity’s must see TV clip…

The above threaded tweet earned him a new Twitter label, “Official sources called this election differently“.

This new link takes the clicker to this:

Twitter Label information link.

Prior to promoting Hannity who promoted an already debunked conspiracy theory President LameAss TinFoil One-termer tweeted the same conspiracy which was covered in Thursday’s edition of What Fresh Hell is This?. Glenn Kessler with the New York Times, provided the debunking article over the tweet for One-termer.

CNN has on Friday published their own debunking piece.

In election related court case news CNN reported this morning that the law firm of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur, “had two Pittsburgh-based lawyers leading the effort for the Trump campaign in Pennsylvania. Both told a judge in an overnight filing they were withdrawing, and the Trump campaign may bring in new counsel.”

The Trump campaign is now down to one lawyer in the federal court effort in Pennsylvania — a solo practitioner in Philadelphia named Linda Ann Kerns who touts her media appearances and commentary as much as her legal experience.

“Plaintiffs and Porter Wright have reached a mutual agreement that Plaintiffs will be best served if Porter Wright withdraws, and current co-counsel and such other counsel as Plaintiffs may choose to engage represent Plaintiffs in this case. Plaintiffs are in the process of retaining and causing other counsel to enter an appearance herein,” lawyers Ronald Hicks and Carolyn McGee wrote in the Pennsylvania case.

CNN. 11/13/2020.

Continuing the theme with court cases, on Thursday The Philadelphia Inquirer reported that “In a two-page order, a Commonwealth Court judge struck down a decision by the Wolf administration to give voters more time, post-election, to fulfill the ID requirement.”

In her order Thursday, Commonwealth Court President Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt ruled that Boockvar had no authority to do that.

None of the votes affected by Thursday’s ruling had yet been included in the state’s official tally — which as of that evening had Joe Biden at a 54,000-vote advantage over Trump.

It was unclear just how many ballots statewide would now be thrown out. The number is likely to be small compared with the larger pools of votes Republicans are seeking to have tossed in other ongoing court fights across the state.

Inquirer.com. 11/12/2020.

President-elect Biden’s lead in PA, does not, I repeat, does not include those ballots ruled invalid as of Thursday’s court ruling.

In even more election news:

President-elect Biden has been the projected winner of Arizona, a state called on election by both Fox News and the AP.

In fun election news, the words many of us were waiting for were finally sent in tweet form last night.

UPDATE:

Delusional madman with a Twitter account has reacted to the recent projections that President-Elect Biden will receive 306 Electoral College votes.

He first tweeted two hours ago, but I ignored it.

4. Sends thanks to his supporters calls the election rigged and earns yet, another Twitter label.

I call this tweet bait. President-Elect Biden supporters should ignore it.

3:38 p.m. D.C., time.

5. Seems awful close to admitting he’s a Loser.

New York Times Election Map:
Arizona:
President-Elect Biden–1,670,260.
President-One-Termer–1,659,272.
Difference: 10,988.
Nevada:
President-Elect Biden–674,517.
President-One-Termer–639,064.
Difference: 35,453.

February 16th, 2017.

He’s scheduled to hold a press thingy at 4 p.m. D.C., time. There will be a thread.

This post might be updated.

This is an open thread

Thursday I predicted that the next “68” days would = 10 Trump years. I lied, I think it’s gonna feel like 15-20 Trump years, by the time we all survive the holidays…
