It’s Thursday.

In this episode of What Fresh Hell is This?, the very Loser.com President is continuing to push conspiracy theories and election result lies, via 11 tweets, and 33 retweets, so far. One tweet focuses on punishing those who investigated 2016 Trump campaign criming. Another tweet pushes a propaganda video.

1. Shows us he’s a giant ball of orange hypocrisy earning his first Twitter label.

The Moron will win North Carolina as he’s currently ahead of President-elect Joe Biden by 73,000 plus votes. The reason for the daily, according to the blurb information posted on the New York Times election map, is that North Carolina’s mail-in ballots are accepted until the 12th, which is today. These ballots must have the November 3rd postmark.

November 8th, 2020.

2. Pretends that someone not acknowledging that Joe Biden is the President-elect somehow makes Biden, not President-elect Biden.

Good for Jim? I mean honestly, I don’t care if they say “not my President,” it didn’t make it true, when it was Limp Dick, it won’t make it true, when President-elect Biden is sworn in on January 20th, 2021.

8:20 a.m. D.C., time.

3. Say’s he’ll win Arizona if they can “audit total votes cast” using an article from Wednesday, that says while President-elect’s lead shrinks there, it’s “not enough for Trump to overtake him…”

This is also more proof, that Doesn’t Read, didn’t read the article he shared with his 80 plus million followers.

Results from newly counted ballots in Maricopa County released Wednesday night favored President Donald Trump, but not by a wide enough margin to overtake President-elect Joe Biden in Arizona.

County election workers had tallied 13,362 ballots since Tuesday night. About 53% of those votes went to Trump and 44% went to Biden.
As of 8 p.m. Wednesday, Biden held an 11,635-vote lead over Trump in the Arizona vote count.

Trump would need about 74% of the 24,738 ballots left to tabulate statewide, in order to surpass Biden and win the state’s 11 Electoral College votes.

They go on to say that “Apache, Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, Maricopa, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz and Yuma — are still working to tabulate ballots, most of which are provisional ballots, which tend to swing Democratic.”

4. His non-election related lying.

Shortly after he tweeted that he was watching Fox Business which is owned by Fox News, he in rapid fire fashion retweeted a bunch of Twitter users bashing Fox News.

THE OBSERVERS WERE NOT ALLOWED INTO THE COUNTING ROOMS.

AP Fact Check: 11/07/2020

Trump is wholly misrepresenting a court case in the state and what happened at voting places. No one tried to ban poll watchers representing each side in the election. Democrats did not try to stop Republican representatives from being able to observe the process.

The main issue in the case was how close observers representing the parties could get to election workers who are processing mail-in ballots in Philadelphia. Trump’s representatives sued to allow the observers to get closer than the guidelines had allowed. A court ruled in favor of that request.

The counting in Philadelphia was being livestreamed and Trump’s lawyers admitted in court that their campaign had observers in the room — “a none-zero” number of them, as they put it.

Contrary to Trump’s statement, there was no widespread belief election night that Trump had “easily won” the state. It was well-known that huge numbers of mailed-in ballots as well as in-person ballots were to be counted and that many would be from Democratic-leaning areas. That’s why news organizations did not call Pennsylvania for Trump.

I WON THE ELECTION, GOT 71,000,000 LEGAL VOTES.

The New York Times election map, which has not called Arizona for Biden has the popular vote totals as follows; President-Elect Biden 77,666,735 Biggest One-Termer Loser 72,400,367.

PBS News Hour has President-Elect Biden @ 77,1886,696 with Lamest Loser Duck @ 72,079,308. PBS News House has called Arizona for President-Elect Biden.

Aside from the fact that he increased his number by 1 million more votes, he’s also saying, again, that only votes cast for him, are legal. I think it’s important to note that, remember that. He’s not saying that some of President-Elect Biden’s votes are illegal, he is saying they all are.

6. Thanks Charles in Charge for his support.

Dear Chachi,
This is true, that true fact doesn’t change the fact that Biden is President-Elect Biden and will be sworn in on January 20th, 2021 at Noon D.C., time,
Signed,
Joanie Cunningham.

The Washington Post‘s Aaron Blake on Thursday took a look at some of the fraud claims by the Lying Liar that Lies One-Termer.

as scenes in courtrooms nationwide in recent days have shown, there is indeed a downside for those tasked with pursuing these claims. Repeatedly now, they have been rebuked by judges for how thin their arguments have been.

Trump lawyer, Jonathan S. Goldstein, was also grilled by a Pennsylvania judge this week. Under questioning, he acknowledged that, contrary to Trump’s claims about rampant voter fraud, he wasn’t alleging fraud in the 592 ballots he sought to disqualify in Montgomery County, Pa.

The Trump campaign also sought to temporarily stop counting some ballots in Detroit. It cited a GOP poll watcher who had said she had been told by an unidentified person that late mail ballots were being predated to before Election Day, so they would be considered valid.
The judge repeatedly asserted this was hearsay, but Trump campaign lawyer Thor Hearne sought to argue that it wasn’t — despite it having been someone who said they heard about something they weren’t personally involved in. He pointed to a vague note the poll watcher produced — which said “entered receive date as 11/2/20 on 11/4/20” — as evidence:

STEPHENS: So I want to make sure I understand you. The affiant is not the person who had knowledge of this. Is that correct?
HEARNE: The affiant had direct firsthand knowledge of the communication with the elections inspector and the document they provided them.
STEPHENS: Okay, which is generally known as hearsay, right?
HEARNE: I would not think that’s hearsay, Your Honor. That’s firsthand personal knowledge by the affiant of what she physically observed. And we included an exhibit which is a physical copy of the note that she was provided.

The two later returned to the point, after Stephens reviewed the note, and Stephens echoed Judge Diamond’s exasperation:

STEPHENS: I’m still trying to understand why this isn’t hearsay.
HEARNE: Well, it’s, it, I –
STEPHENS: I absolutely understand what the affiant says she heard someone say to her. But the truth of the matter … that you’re going for was that there was an illegal act occurring. Because other than that I don’t know what its relevancy is.
HEARNE: Right. I would say, Your Honor, in terms of the hearsay point, this is a firsthand factual statement made by Ms. Connarn, and she has made that statement based on her own firsthand physical evidence and knowledge —
STEPHENS: “I heard somebody else say something.” Tell me why that’s not hearsay. Come on, now.
HEARNE: Well it’s a firsthand statement of her physical –
STEPHENS: It’s an out-of-court statement offered where the truth of the matter is asserted, right?
[the typos are present because the quotes were taken from a transcript of the exchange].

In a later written decision, Stephens slammed the argument as “inadmissible hearsay within hearsay.” And after the campaign appealed, a Michigan appeals court rebuked it Monday for not including required documentation.

In short, so far, in a court of law, that so far, praise Jesus, doesn’t peddle conspiracy theories, Team Cry-baby has not proven that fraud is in play, nor is it, widespread.

On November 11th, 2020, the New York Times explained that:

Dominion Voting Systems, which makes software that local governments around the nation use to help run their elections, is now at the center of baseless claims that “software glitches” led to mistakes in vote tallies in Michigan and Georgia last week.

The Dominion software was used in only two of the five counties that had problems in Michigan and Georgia, and in every instance there was a detailed explanation for what had happened. In all of the cases, software did not affect the vote counts.

[For Example]:

In the two Michigan counties that had mistakes, the inaccuracies were because of human errors, not software problems, according to the Michigan Department of State, county officials and election-security experts. Only one of the two Michigan counties used Dominion software.

Issues in three Georgia counties had other explanations. In one county, an apparent problem with Dominion software delayed officials’ reporting of the vote tallies, but did not affect the actual vote count. In two other counties, a separate company’s software slowed poll workers’ ability to check-in voters.
