For What Fresh Hell is This?, Day 57, The Fired-Impeached-Lame Duck-One Term President has not tweeted or retweeted. It’s been 15 hours, of course, this will not stand, and he’ll eventually churn out 3 or 4 stupid ass tweets in minutes.

We are going to work backwards, as I find that fitting for New Year’s Eve, as often we are looking back of our year-in-review.

But it should be of great moment and concern to the people of this country and especially to congressional Republicans in both Houses, for if the latter do not at least confront and challenge this lawlessness on January 6, when Congress meets to count the electors, it will be the GOP’s undoing and, simultaneously, the undoing of our presidential electoral system [hear that, in order to save the Republic and our Constitution, you must ignore it, and challenge the free and fair election]. Ultimately, it will be the people of the United States who love our republic who will be the losers.
Win, lose, or draw, on January 6, the Republicans must not act as if “the people have spoken” [the people have spoken] and be cowered into passivity or worse, such as joining the Democrat Party and media hecklers, by insisting that they are part of a lawless party seeking to “reverse the results of the election.”, [but that’s exactly what folks like Mark Levin and Trump want, for them reverse the results of the election].

Through the Paycheck Protection Program we saved or supported more than 51 million American jobs and we are doing numbers now like nobody’s ever seen before including having the highest stock market in the history of the world. I froze student loan payments, stopped evictions, suspended payroll taxes. We have slashed the unemployment rate from 14.7 percent all the way down to 6.7 percent and a lot of people thought that the 14.7 could be 32 or 40 or 45 percent and now we are down to 6.7 and heading a lot lower. We made it dramatically better than experts predicted just a few months ago. Our economy is growing at the most rapid rate ever recorded 33.4 percent last quarter and much faster than the nations of Europe. Nobody can compete with us in terms of going down less and going up by far the fastest and the best.
Impeached-Fired President Asshole-Dick con’t: Whenever America is challenged we always rise up to the occasion. We are bringing critical medical manufacturing back home to America. We have secured our borders, and paused immigration, to protect American workers. We lowered drug prices for the first time in 51 years and after years endless foreign wars, we are signing historic peace deals in the Middle East. It’s all ending in the Middle East. We have to hope it keeps going. It’s so easy if you know what your doing. In this season of joy, American’s have so much to be grateful for. I spent two long hours trying to put into words a “review” of the suckage that is 2020, which is in fact almost over, but 2021 isn’t exactly going to start shiny and new, is it?
We have January 6th to muddle through, which could in fairness drag into January 7th, possibly the 8th, if the R’s in both the House and the Senate have their way.
We have the 20th to look forward too, and I do, with bells on, I’m ready, so ready for this admin to be in our review mirror, but with January 20th, 2021 comes a new era, the recovery era, and recoveries are always hard, and present their own setbacks and hurdles.
2020 is ending and good ridden’s to bad rubbish, but covid-19, cult 45’s, and loud ass former President’s, are going to attempt to continue to suck the oxygen out of the room well into 2021.
But having said all that melancholy–hopeless sounding-cynical words. I am looking forward to 2021, I do believe recovery is possible, work though it maybe, I’m hopeful, that 2021 will not say to 2020 “hold my beer,” and I have all of you lovely readers to thank for that.
We’ve all managed to keep some of our sanity, had laughs this Year of the Giant Suck, tears too, loss, but because we did it together, muddled through the Year of the Giant Suck, hope still remains.
