It’s Thursday aka What Fresh Hell is This?, Day 30.

We are 5 days away from Safe Harbor day.

For What Fresh Hell is This?, Day 30, the Impeached Lame-Duck One-Termer Clueless Dummy has tweeted 4 times and retweeted 0 times so far.

1. Triples-Quadrupedal’s-Down on not understanding how section 230 works.

Narrator: There is no section 230 amendment currently in the NDAA.

Trump Twitter Archive has 15 tweets from Clueless Moron demanding that section 230 be repealed or revoked.

May 29th, 2020, is the first one.

As covered in the Trump Tweets open thread for Friday, May 29th, 2020, the hard-on over 230 and it’s repeal, was in response to Twitter labeling his tweets for the first time.

From that article regarding Section 230:

Cornell Law School.
Cornell Law School.

On May 28th, 2020, retiring Congressman, Justin Amash, responded to a letter sent by Republican Senator Josh Hawley, who has openly called for the government to control the internet.

There are about 10 tweets, where Amash, breaks down the letter, and explains, how Hawley doesn’t understand Section 230, anymore than his Cult Leader does.

June 4th, 2020.
June 5th, 2020.

He moves away from blasting Section 230, until September 8th, then again, on October 6th, followed by one on October 14th, 15th, then pauses until he sends two on October 28th. He then waits until November 6th to restart his feud with Twitter rules, he sends another one on November 26th, and sends another two on December 1st [where he threatened to veto NDAA] and one so far for December 3rd [which is today].

This is your two daily reminders, that one, he’s nuts, he really is, two, this has nothing whatsoever to do with “national security,” this has everything to do with the Giant Ego-Driven Crazy-Man’s Giant-Ego.

2. Thanks a Congressman. He deleted the original for a misspelling replaced it @ 11:25 a.m. D.C., time.

Represenative =’s Representative.

Republican Congressman from Alabama Mo Brooks is planning to challenge the Electoral College votes on June 6th, when Congress officially certifies President-Elect Biden as the victor of the 2020 Presidential Election.

Politico reported on Wednesday that Brooks has confirmed the plan in a telephone interview; Brooks confirmed his plans in a phone interview, adding that he is still considering objecting to the vote-counting process even if no one joins him — though he acknowledged that would be more of a symbolic protest. Brooks, echoing President Donald Trump’s baseless claims of voter fraud without providing evidence, argued that the election was “badly flawed” and that most mail-in voting is “unconstitutional.”

“In my judgment, if only lawful votes by eligible American citizens were cast, Donald Trump won the Electoral College by a significant margin, and Congress’s certification should reflect that,” Brooks said. “This election was stolen by the socialists engaging in extraordinary voter fraud and election theft measures.””

As Politico notes, Brooks would need a Senate Republican to join his challenge if not, as Brooks himself explained, the protest would be symbolic.

Brooks thanked the Loser via tweet, twice, once over the deleted tweet and just now over the reissued tweet.

Brooks Twitter Bio.

See in all caps PLEASE RETWEET GOOD INFO!
Apparently he means delusional info. President-Elect Biden won, there is zero evidence, to back up this delusional wet-dream, that somehow President-Elect Biden, along with a large groups of Democrats and some Republicans too, managed to commit both election fraud and voter fraud.

3. Once again shows how dumb he really is.
4. Promotes another “hearing” though, I do believe this one is legit, probably.

As has been debunked several times, explained even, Georgia, cannot match signatures to ballots after the election.

Law & Order President, mad, that a Republican is following Law & Order. Not only were they verified before counting, GA, put a second signature match security layer, before a voter could even receive their mail-in ballot their signatures were matched, and again, when they returned their ballots.

Even if the envelopes are kept and not destroyed, there is zero way to rematch ballots with signatures because of the whole secret ballot rules, our vote is private, the government, candidate, whoever, is not entitled to know who voted for him or the other person.

In summary; if they could recheck signatures now, 30 days after the election, and found one’s that were fraudulently cast, who loses the vote? Because that would not just have an effective on the Presidential race, but also every race on that ballot.

This is a stupid hill to die on, as it’s impossible to go back and match the signatures.

Sorry not sorry for repeating myself, I’m pissed, that 30 days after an election, 3 times after the votes showed the same outcome, President-Elect Biden winning GA, that dummies are still demanding impossible things.

Moving-on to the hearing.

The link provided is just a video feed of the hearing, with the caption; The Senate Government Oversight Committee, will “evaluate the election process to ensure the integrity of Georgia’s voting process.”

I say it appears to be a legit actual oversight hearing, because election county officials are present, I don’t see Rudy and team, on the feed provided at the link.

Daniel Dale is still off Twitter, and is missed, very much.
