A week following the attack on the Capitol the U.S. House of Representatives is scheduled to debate an article of impeachment against President Impeached.
The one article of impeachment against Donald J. Trump, the almost former and already impeached 45th President of the United States is “incitement of insurrection”.
The House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday released a 76 pg., report in support of that article of impeachment.
Unlike the first time President Impeached was impeached in the House where no Republicans voted in favor of the articles, this time around several have indicated or said directly they plan to vote to impeach.
The vote on impeachment comes one-day after Acting U.S. Attorney Michael Sherwin and FBI Washington Field Office Assistant Director D’Antuono held a press briefing regarding the attack on the Capitol. It was announced during the press event, that they were looking at “significant felony cases tied to sedition and conspiracy”.
