Wednesday, Day 3 of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Confirmation Hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee features another day of pointless questions that tell us nothing about what kind of lifetime Justice she would be. Today’s Q&A gives the Senators 20 minutes each to probably re-ask questions they asked on Tuesday with their 30 minutes each…

Yay.

Us.

Day 2 recap:

Here’s the thing about recaps, they suck. The reason?

I watched it all day minus the hour I missed to make dinner and my brain is mushy at almost ten p.m. at night with a wake up call of five in the morning.

So, here is my hot take; she’s more than qualified to hold a seat on the Supreme Court.

Why?

Because she–like me sat from nine a.m. D.C., time Tuesday morning until just before ten p.m. D.C., time answering or attempting to answer the Senators questions.

Unlike me, she didn’t once tell one of the assholes to fuck off.

Daniel Dale did do some fact-checking…

He tried again.

From Daniel Dale’s imagine he shared: Few American citizens who seek to exercise constitutionally protected rights must run a gauntlet through a hostile, noisy crowd of “in-your-face” protesters.

The statement is found on page 5 of the 13 page PDF Daniel Dale links in his above tweet.
