Roger Stone the onetime campaign adviser to President Trump is expected back in court on Thursday, to answer questions according a questionable Instagram post, that seemed to imply a threat against the Judge overseeing his criminal case.

As the News Blender reported on Monday, the image of U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson appeared to feature crosshairs to the side of a close up picture of her.

Stone deleted the image and filed an apology with the court.

NBC News reported that according to Judge Jackson’s order setting Thursday’s hearing, she asked, “why the media contact order entered in this case and/or his conditions of release should not be modified or revoked in light of the posts on his Instagram account.”

According to the article, Judge Jackson, who last week issued a limited gag order against Stone, stating that none of the involved parties are allowed to speak publicly outside of or inside the Courthouse about the criminal case against Stone, could issue a tougher gag order or in fact revoke Stone’s bail.

The hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. eastern.

BuzzFeed News court report Zoe Tilman will be live tweeting from the hearing.

Courthouse News reporter Britain Eakin will also be live tweeting from the courthouse.

The post will be updated with the outcome of the hearing as soon as it’s possible to do so.
