Monday February 3rd, 2020 is day 12 of President Impeached Senate Trial.
On Friday, the Senators voted 49-51 to not allow new witness, such as former National Security Adviser John Bolton to testify in the Impeachment Trial of the Impeached President Donald Trump.

On Monday as the Washington Post live updates reports, the Senators are posed to hear closing arguments from both the House Impeachment Managers, and the President’s Defense team.
Senators will hear from both the House impeachment managers, led by Rep. Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.), and Trump’s lawyers, led by White House Counsel Pat Cipollone and Trump personal lawyer Jay Sekulow. The trial is expected to end Wednesday with an acquittal.

On Tuesday President Impeached will deliver the State of the Union, a day prior to the expected acquittal in the Senate.
The President was Impeached in the House in December for Abuse of Power and Obstruction of Congress.
