At the time of writing this post *checks clock* 7:36 a.m. CA time, all googled searches of this resulted in articles pointing to the tweet as the only source of this news.

Nunez =’s Nunes, probably…

Housing sales in September up nicely…

October 24th, Reuters reported that according to the Commerce Depart, “new home sales declined 0.7% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 701,000 units last month, matching expectations. August’s sales pace was revised down to 706,000 units from the previously reported 713,000 units.”

More key data points from the article:

The housing market has had mixed fortunes this year despite would-be homebuyers being bolstered by a reduction in interest rates. The Federal Reserve has lowered borrowing costs twice this year to offset headwinds caused by a more than year-long trade war between the United States and China, and slowing global growth.

New home sales in the South, which accounts for the majority of transactions, edged down 0.2% in September. Sales in the West dropped 3.8%. In the Northeast, sales fell 2.8% but there was a jump of 6.3% in the Midwest.

About 65% of the houses sold last month were either under construction or yet to be built.

Reuters 10/24/19.

October 22nd, regarding existing home sales for September Reuters reported according to the National Association of Realtors:

existing home sales fell 2.2% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.38 million units last month, reversing two straight months of gains. August’s sales pace was upwardly revised to 5.50 million units.

Existing home sales rose 3.9% from one year ago, the NAR said. Sales fell across the nation’s four regions last month. They dropped 3.1% in the Midwest and 2.8% in the Northeast. They declined 2.1% in the South and edged 0.9% lower in the West.

At September’s sales pace, it would take 4.1 months to clear the current inventory, down from 4.4 months a year ago. A supply of six to seven months is seen as a healthy balance between supply and demand.

The Federal Reserve has lowered rates twice this year and is meeting Wednesday and Thursday to decide if they will lower rates again.

The Impeachment Inquiry tweets.

1. READ THE CALL TRANSCRIPT…

How come the President of the United States doesn’t know anyone on his National Security team?

As the News Blender reported on Monday the House Rules Committee Chairman will be introducing a resolution as to how the House Committees will move forward with the public phase of the Impeachment Inquiry.

This is not a vote on the impeachment inquiry itself as Snip Bytes reported Friday, Chief Judge Beryl Howell stated in court documents that House resolutions are not required to launch an impeachment inquiry. This is vote to set the rules for the next phase of the impeachment inquiry.

2. Just read the Transcript…

Where and who the Whistleblower is, is none of his business. A whistleblower is protected by law to prevent personal attacks, or work place retaliation.

3. Read the transcript!

As the News Blender reported on Sunday the President confirmed that U.S. Special Forces cornered ISIS founder Abu Bakr al-Baghadadi. He was killed when he detonated a suicide vest killing three of his small children in the process.

On that same day during the 5th game of the World Series the President was booed and greeted with chants of “lock him up,” by some in attendance.

4. READ THE TRANSCRIPT!

I knew people were listening in on the call (why would I say something inappropriate?)

Asks the man that has accused the whole Intel community of spying on him, the man that has accused sitting Reps., in Congress of treason, just yesterday said that an American city was less safe than the Afghan war zone and told us that he and brutal dictator Kim Jong-un “fell in love.”

And that’s just the tip of the many inappropriate things he has said while he knew the American public and the world was listening.

I mean FFS, just Sunday he said had he been listened to in 2000, 9-11 wouldn’t have happened.

5. read the Transcript…

More on this tweet down the thread.

He deleted the original tweet as “opposite” was oppidite. (but yeah, he’d never say anything inappropriate.)

Oppidite 10/29/19.

They Have A Death Wish….is not exactly the most appropriate thing to say either.

5 times the President begged us to read the transcript of the call. It’s a memorandum not a transcript.

call memo.

call memo.
call memo.
call memo.

So far we’ve heard testimony from several witnesses that expressed “concern” over President Trump’s linking military aid, that was approved by a bipartisan Congress, to Ukraine, to Ukraine opening an investigation up into the Biden’s.

We also have admissions that military aid and US support was conditioned on Ukraine publicly stating they had opened an investigation into the Biden’s.

Today’s meltdown is a result of testimony that is currently happening on the Hill before the three House Committees handling the Impeachment Inquiry.

On Monday evening The New York Times published the 6 page opening statement from White House national security official, Army Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman.

Vindman is a decorated Iraq war veteran he is also a Ukraine expert on the National Security Council. He was listening in on the call. Vindman was also present during a July 10th meeting.

This July 10th meeting was with the Secretary of the National Security Defense Council for Ukraine, Oleksandr Danylyuk. In attendance were former National Security Advisor John Bolton, former U.S. Special Envoy to the Ukraine Kurt Volker, Energy Secretary Rick Perry, who is resigning his post at the end of the year, and U.S. Ambassador to the EU, Gordon Sondland.

The meeting was held in part to secure a meeting between President Trump and newly elected Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. When the subject of the meeting arose, Sondland, according to Vindman, emphasized the importance of the Ukraine delivery of the investigation into the 2016 election, the Biden’s, and Burisma, the Ukrainian gas company Hunter Biden was a board member of, in order to secure the meeting. Bolton cut the meeting short.

Vindman statement pg. 5.

As noted in the image, Vindman, expressed his concerns to the lead counsel for the National Security Council following that meeting.

The July 25th call.

Vindman statement pg. 5/6.

Again Vindman expressed his concerns to NSC’s lead counsel following the call.

For What It’s Worth.

Vindman is testifying today despite the White House’s claim of “Constitutional Immunity,” and despite the notification to the House that the White House administration would not be cooperating with the Impeach Inquiry.

As a reminder:

Never Trumper =’s Human Scum.

This post will be updated within reason.

This is an Open Thread.

Update: I misspelled Vindman’s last name, I have corrected the error, I apologize. Thank you to Nukeman for pointing it out. 🙂
