The Mid-Term Election Post…

My first glass of wine. Photo by Tiff...

It’s 10:20 a.m. my west coast time as I start writing this thread and I’m already over the stupid shit I’ve scrolled through on the Twitverse.

I went looking for “election night coverage” on the YouTubes. It’s not posted yet, cause well, polls don’t close for hours and hours…

Anyhoo, I give up my search…

According to the link: CNN’s Election Night in America Special Coverage will stream live starting at 9 a.m. ET on Tuesday, November 8, through midnight ET on Thursday, November 10, without requiring a cable log-in via CNN.com and CNN OTT and mobile apps under “TV Channels,” or CNNgo where available. You can follow along with results on CNN.com and with our live updates. CNN’s decision desk will be monitoring results and will make projections accordingly.

From there I decided to look up on Twitter the key words “election results.”

The 3 tweets are connected.

I did find this; I found it hilarious…

It’s now almost 11 a.m. my west coast time…

The above results page should be free. I have no idea if the full election coverage will be “free” or just the part I shared…

I’m still at 15 minutes 2 p.m. my time finding no real live feeds (I’ll add some as they come online).

But…

I have found this free Politico election results page.

I will update the post with results as we get them. I can’t promise I’ll be faster than the comment section. But the post will be updated. I am going to be using Twitter and the New York Times for these vote count updates.
