To end 2018 President Tweeted:

One video of himself wishing everyone a Happy New Year.

In all caps he stated once again that MEXICO IS PAYING FOR THE WALL because of all the “billions of dollars,” that the U.S., will save with the new USMCA trade deal.

He told followers and non-followers alike that “without a wall” there is no Border Security, adding that “the tech “stuff” is just by comparison, meaningless, bells & whistles.”

In the tweet that followed he explained how things “NEVER Change” adding “you have Walls and you have wheels.”

He ended 2018 with tweeting out another video of himself, this time focusing on his accomplishments over the last two years…

2019

1. “Why We Fight.”…

CNN reports that Sebastian Gorka worked for President Trump’s administration for 214 days as a White House counterterrorism adviser, but aside from television appearances defending President Trump’s foreign policy, his duties weren’t widely known.

2. INCLUDING THE HATERS AND THE FAKE NEWS MEDIA!…TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME…JUST CALM DOWN AND ENJOY THE RIDE…

Opinion: In all caps the President of the United States called a portion of American’s, “haters” the media “fake,” said 2019 will be “fantastic” for those not suffering from a made up internet meme’d syndrome and told everyone to just CLAM DOWN. This is not normal…I repeat…this is not normal.

3. Happy New Year!…

From All of us at the News Blender Happy New Year. We hope everyone enjoyed ringing it in.

4. The Democrats, much as I suspected, have allocated no money for a new Wall. So imaginative!…

Prior to Christmas as the News Blender reported the Senate passed a Continuing Resolution to fund the federal government through February 8th, 2019. This C.R., did not contain the $5 billion earmarked to “build the wall,” as such it failed to gain support among House Republican’s and the President. The House passed their own stopgap spending bill that did include the money for the wall, but that failed to gain support in the Senate, which led to a partial government shutdown.

The Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, that out of the fifteen federal agencies, nine are affected by the shutdown.

The article explains this translates to “about 420,000 employees at these agencies, deemed essential, are working without pay, while 380,000 federal employees have been placed on unpaid leave, or furlough.”

Congress resumes on Wednesday (Thursday) with the Democrats assuming the role of Majority in the House, while the Republican’s will retain majority in the Senate.

As the News Blender reported on Monday, House Democrats have a stopgap measure ready for a vote, this stopgap mirrors that of the original Senate C.R., that passed before the partial shutdown began.

5. Known for big, dumb mouth. Hillary lover!…

Army General Stanley McChrystal was relieved of command in Afghanistan, following the publication of an article that appeared in Rolling Stone, in June of 2010. The article according to a New York Times article from spring 2011, “quoted his subordinates as disparaging senior civilian leaders.”

The New York Times article linked above was announcing the return of McChrystal’s service to Obama’s administration, to oversee “a high-profile initiative in support of military families.”

President Trump is lashing out at McChrystal for comments the retired general made on Sunday, calling President Trump a liar and immoral as the News Blender reported on Monday.

For what it’s worth: Many media outlets are reporting that McChrystal has in the past praised Hillary Clinton for some of her work while she was Secretary of State, but never formally endorsed her for President.

6. The Democrats do not care about Open Borders and all of the crime and drugs that Open Borders bring!…

Opinion: The U.S. Border is not an “open border,” drugs by and large come into our country by plane and boats, a wall will not stop drug addicts, that’s not how it works.

7. the U.S.A. is with you!…

As the News Blender reported in October 2018, Jair Bolsonaro was elected as the 42nd President of Brazil.

As the News Blender reported prior to his election win, “Bolsonaro, is for fiscal responsibility and market reforms, however, some of his positions are considered troubling for other world leaders. His anti-crime and anti-corruption platform includes not only expanding private gun usage (encouraging some supporters to use their guns to vote, as in the video below) but also calling for greatly loosening the restrictions on police violence. This has caused a greater concern after his statements earlier this year saying that the widespread torture and murder which occurred under the Brazilian dictatorship were mostly fabricated.”

8. Let’s make a deal?…

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is favored to be the next Speaker of the House, when the new Congress is sworn in on Wednesday (Thursday)
