As the News Blender reported on Thursday Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) announced via the Senate floor, that President would sign the government funding bill avoiding another shutdown, while at the same time he would declare a National Emergency to fund the border wall in hopes of stepping around Congress.
The White House via Twitter confirmed President Trump’s intentions.
The announcement is expected at 10 a.m. eastern time.
